Species/Adoptable Rules -in progress-

I'm going to list some rules for my species or random adoptables so you can always refer to this whenever I'll post new adoptables.
These apply to all and any kind of adoptables!
Any future batches will contain a link to this journal.

CLOSED SPECIES
Species: Vyronx, Baramuda, Riroi, Lewl, Duloid, Irrlicht Kitsune, Inkodile, Umbra Luce, etc.

General Rules:
1. You buy the design only! Not the species rights or anything that comes with it!
2. You are not allowed to just change the species/use the design for another species!
_{2.1  If you still do this the other design will be deemed illegitimate.
2.2 I might allow it if it's another species of mine you want to use that design on. We'll have to discuss that though because there will be a fee.
2.2.a The fee will cover the other species' costs, whether you bought a MYO beforehand and put the design on it or if it's the other way around.}
3. If you resell the character do not sell them for a higher amount than you bought it for. (The prices will stay on the pieces.)
_{3.1 You can resell the character for a higher price if it has art of it. In that case you can add the payed amount for the art on top of the price.
3.2 When you've sold the character let the new owner now about the species rules and creator (link them) and also let me now about the new owner.}
4. If you deactivate or move accounts/sites keep me informed!
5. Do not claim you made the design or species.
6. Do not make your own unless MYO is available. (see MYO rules)
7. Read the species information and follow the guidelines.
8. Do not use my species for commercial uses!

Rules concerning specific species:
1. For species you can add extras yourself once bought, refer to the given species sheets to see what is allowed!

RANDOM ADOPTS
Species: Nagas, Dragons, Canines, Humanoids, etc.

General Rules:
1. Do whatever you want with your character ( add accessories , change gender, etc .. )
2. Once bought you'll have the entire rights to the design/character)
3. You can resell the design.

MYO - MAKE-YOUR-OWN (complete or partly)
Species: Vyronx, Baramuda, Duloid, Irrlicht Kitsune, Umbra Luce, etc.

General Rules: (complete MYO)
1. If you buy a complete MYO follow the species guide/sheet.
2. You buy the chance to design one yourself not the species rights or anything that comes with it!
3. You are not allowed to just change the species but you can use the design on another character.
4. Do not make major design changes afterwards please, if you want to change anything ask and we'll discuss.
_{4.1 If you do this without permission other design will be deemed illegitimate. (I'll make a list for that purpose)
4.2 If you got my permission you might make some major changes for a small fee.}
5. For the subject of reselling refer to CLOSED SPECIES RULES, rule #3 and #3.x
6. Depending on open or closed species refer to above rules.

1. If you buy a partly MYO follow the species guide/sheet.
2. You buy the design only! Not the species rights or anything that comes with it!
3. If stated you get the chance to design extras for the pre-made design yourself.
4. You are not allowed to just change the species/use the design for another species!
5. For the subject of reselling refer to CLOSED SPECIES RULES, rule #3 and #3.x
6. Depending on open or closed species refer to above rules.
